The “Downtown” Atlanta Ultimate Experience
In Atlanta’s exciting downtown, the W is a lush hideaway infused with natural elements and sensual style, where revitalization and rejuvenation beckon amid major corporations, specialty shopping, upscale living and everything cool about Hotlanta.

Napa Valley Wine Experience--May 6 - 9, 2010

LIVE AUCTION GUIDELINES & CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Aileen Agopian of Phillips de Pury & Company is proud to be assisting with the Jeffrey Fashion Cares live auction. The live auction will begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. and continue without interruption until all items have been auctioned. To enter a bid, the bidder must raise his/her hand high to attract the attention of the Auctioneer. This must be repeated each time you initiate or increase a bid. Each bid obligates the bidder to pay his/her bid price, in full, if his/her bid is deemed the high bid by the Auctioneer. As soon as you have been declared the highest bidder, a Fashion Cares representative will approach you to finalize the sale. All bidding will be as designated by the Auctioneer and all decisions of the Auctioneer shall be final.
TERMS: Payment in full is due immediately after being declared the Purchaser. If successful in your bidding, you must be able to produce the actual credit or charge card should you pay by credit or charge card. All auction lots are non-refundable charges. By purchasing, you are waiving your right to dispute these charges at a later date for any reason. Additionally, you will agree to review the bid package contents and acknowledge that you have received all contents in order to redeem the package, as contents are not replaceable under any circumstance. You understand your my bid is final and tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. All merchandise is sold “as is, where is,” with no warranties. Some items may sell with a manufacturer’s warranty. Neither Jeffrey Fashion Cares, nor the Auctioneer, make any representation as to these warranties. Values, if shown, for items auctioned are donor’s estimates and are not warranted by Jeffrey Fashion Cares for tax purposes or for general values.
SILENT AUCTION GUIDELINES: In addition to the above conditions, the following apply: bids are placed on the sheet with the corresponding number by writing in your name, phone number and the dollar amount that you wish to bid based on the increments indicated on each item. Once the winning bidders have been declared, the high bidder of item is to pay. At this time, you will be given your item(s).
In addition to checks or cash, Jeffrey Fashion Cares accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express as forms of payment for auction items.
